At Alder & Beam, we want delivery to be as simple as the rest of your shopping experience. Every order within the United Kingdom ships free.

Shipping Locations
This policy covers orders delivered within: United Kingdom

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 PM (UK Time). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add one day to your delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is passed to one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 6–7 business days, Monday to Friday
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

Carrier Services
We work with reliable UK carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order delivered within the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum spend.
  • Paid Shipping (if applicable): for any destination outside our free delivery area, costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
